Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to cancel an order placed through the Kanishka Iyarkai online store (www.kanishkaiyarkai.com) within 7 days after delivery.
To retain the right to return or exchange, the customer must ensure the product is preserved in its original condition. If the product is damaged or deteriorated through no fault of the customer (for example, due to transit damage or a manufacturing defect), the customer is not deprived of the right to initiate a return or exchange. If the value has decreased solely due to unpacking the product or inspecting its contents, this does not prevent the consumer from submitting a request for a refund or replacement.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- Fully intact product with original packaging and seals
- Receipt or order confirmation from the Kanishka Iyarkai online store
- Photographs or a description of the defect submitted to our support team

Currently, next-day delivery is not available as a standard option. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–6 business days based on your location. We are working on faster delivery options and will update our customers when this service becomes available.
For most orders, a signature is not required. However, for high-value or bulk orders, our courier partner may request a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package to us. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate so the courier can reach you easily.
