4.1 Shipping Coverage

Kanishka Organics delivers across India. We ship to all states and union territories, including rural and semi-urban areas, through our trusted courier and logistics partners. Certain remote pin codes may have limited or extended delivery timelines.

4.2 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the time of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.

4.3 Shipping Timeframes

  • Metro cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.): 2-4 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities and towns: 4-6 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 6-10 business days

 

These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold as announced periodically on our website.

4.5 Tracking Your Order

4.6 Packaging

All bio-products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in optimal condition. Liquid products are sealed with tamper-proof caps and packed in leak-proof pouches or bubble wrap before boxing. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

4.7 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and product before opening
  • Note the damage at the time of delivery with the courier representative if possible

We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4.8 Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

4.9 Delivery Disclaimer

Kanishka Organics is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to assist you in tracking and recovering your shipment.
