3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Our Commitment

At Kanishka Organics, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly.

3.2 Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or broken
  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered
  • The product is expired or defective upon receipt
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

 

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling by the customer
  • Products returned beyond the 7-day return window
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions

3.3 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at contact@kanishkabio.com or WhatsApp at +91 75488 13787.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  • Step 4: If your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the product back.

3.4 Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS to the provided bank account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3.5 Replacement Option

As an alternative to a refund, we may offer a free replacement of the same product, subject to availability. Replacement dispatch will be within 3-5 business days of return approval.

3.6 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; however, you may initiate a return upon delivery as per the above policy. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at
